CANCELATION POLICY
Please notify The Shady Glen B & B immediately of any changes or cancellations. Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time two days (48 Hours) prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night's stay on weeknights and a two night minimum stay on weekends. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged for the first night's stay one day prior to arrival. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Please note that the weekend rate will apply on certain weeknight holidays and special events.
To change or cancel, please call us at 1-919-563-4841 by 5 p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date. For changes or cancellations made on this web site, simply click the "cancel reservation" or "change reservation" buttons by 5 p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date.
The B&B reserves the right to charge the entire duration of stay, as mentioned in the reservation, even if guests depart earlier and shorten their stay.
In case the funds should be returned to the guest, formerly collected by debiting the account of the payment card, partially or in full, and without any respect to the reason of return of the funds, The Shady Glen is obliged to effect the payment return, exclusively through VISA, and MasterCard methods of payment, which means that the funds will be returned to the account of the guest's payment card.
