When you make a reservation through our website, we ask for your name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers. We will call you to get your credit card number and expiration date, confirming your reservation via phone. This allows us to contact you in the event there are questions about any information you submitted to us via the website, and notify you of the status of your reservation.
We recommend that any communications you send us via this site, including comments, suggestions and questions, does not contain information that is private or confidential. Credit Card information should only be provided via phone during your reservation confirmation for your protection.
The Shady Glen B & B does not lease, sell, trade or give any of our customer information to other companies, except where the information is required to complete a reservation, which you have requested. We value your privacy just like you do. Your personal information is safe with us. By reserving your stay online or signing up for email specials, you are agreeing to be contacted for promotional purposes. If you’d prefer to be taken off of our mailing list and not hear about our special offers, please email us and put ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject field.
If we should change our privacy policies, those changes will be posted on this page and by using this site you agree in advance to accept such changes.
